Why online admission?

East West Model School is considering making its entire admission process online to minimize the students’ as well as parents’ visit to the school in view of the situation arising out of the corona virus pandemic. In the wake of this emergency situation East West Model School is shifting their administrative as well as academic operations through online.

Admission:

Boys and girls are eligible for admission to L.K.G at the age of 3 plus. Admission to other classes is subject to the following age criteria.

Admission: General Conditions

A Student seeking admission to any class of East West Model School will be eligible for admission to that class only if:

a.       He/ She has been studying in a school recognized by or affiliated to this Board(CISCE) or any other recognized Board of secondary Education in India.

b.      He/ She has passed qualifying or equivalent qualifying examination making him/her eligible for admission to that class.

c.       Produces:

i.      He/ She has to submit Leaving Certificate/ Transfer Certificate signed by the Head of the Institution last attended.

ii.    He/ She has to submit the academic assessment report card in support of his/her having passed the qualifying or equivalent qualifying examination.

iii.   He/ She has to submit the Birth Certificate issued by the competent authority.

Admission to Class XI:

Admission to class XI in this school shall be open only to such a student who has passed:

·         Secondary School Examination class X of ICSE or an equivalent examination conducted by any other recognized Board of Secondary Education.

Admission to Different Classes:

·         Admission to East West Model School is based on merit i.e. performance of the candidate in the oral and written rounds of Aptitude Test.

The School Admission Fees:

a.       The school admission fees as well as annual school fees has to be paid to the school within the stipulated time, failing which the admission would be offered to the candidate who is next in the order of merit in the Aptitude source.

b.      Once the fees are paid, the candidate is provisionally admitted to the school and admission of the student to EWMS will be completed only after the parents submit all the requisite documents.

c.       If the selected candidate fails to join EWMS for whatever reasons after paying the admission fee of the school, the fees already paid to the school will not be refunded to the parent under any circumstances. The same fee is not transferrable to any other candidate.
