Terms And Conditions
The school fees cover twelve calendar months of the academic session and may be paid in monthly installments or in advance as long as their names are officially on the rolls. Fees, once paid, will not be refunded. No reduction is made for holidays. Pupils are liable to be charged fully.
· The fees, if paid monthly, must be paid on or before the due date failing which a late fee of Rs. 20/- will be levied up to the end of the month thereafter Rs. 25/- per month cumulatively. Due dates are indicated in advance.
· Fees for the holiday months must be paid before the school closes for the same.
· The school reserves the right to increase the fees at any time of the year if an increment is considered necessary.
· During every academic year, the fees of March must be paid in the month of February itself.
· Henceforth, the school will not accept cheques as a mode of payment for school fees.
· Monthly fees are to be paid on working days from the 1st day of the month to the 15th day between 08:00 am. and 1:00 pm. In case the 15th day of the month is a holiday, 16th day of the month shall be considered as the last day for fee payment of the respective month.
· Annual fee must be deposited on or before summer vacation.
· Payment can be made online or in cash.
· Do not entrust cash with very young children.
· Fees for February and March" and "May and June" are required to be paid by 15th February and 15th May respectively.
· Fee defaulters shall be allowed to attend school for only six months failing which strict action would be taken.
· School reserves the right to increase fees if necessary, at any time to meet the increasing cost.
· All fees of the first semester and second semester should be cleared before 15th September and 15th February respectively.
· Names of the defaulters for three months will be stuck off and parents may have to seek readmission.
